Bhojal Gelda

Bhojal Gelda has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. They started their career as a Mobile Application Developer and Junior Developer Intern at IF Research Polska in 2010. Following that, they worked as an Agile J2EE Application Developer at IBM from 2010 to 2013, where they developed J2EE business applications and led weekly status meetings with customers.

In 2014, Bhojal served as a Software Development Intern at Little Beetle LLC. Then, they joined Amdocs as a Java Software Developer in 2015. At Amdocs, Bhojal gained experience in Java software development for a short period.

Later in 2015, Bhojal joined SoftLayer, an IBM Company, as a Software Engineer and later became a Staff Software Engineer. During their time at SoftLayer, Bhojal designed and developed various applications using Golang, Java, and Python. They worked on projects such as building APIs with distributed time series databases and managing web traffic bandwidth quotas.

In 2020, Bhojal returned to IBM and took on the role of Staff Software Engineer. They contributed to the development of Go, Java, and Python-based applications, including integrating VMWare's Virtual Cloud Director with IBM's IAM using OIDC. Bhojal successfully led a team and coordinated with other teams for sprint planning and sizing. Their role at IBM also involved coding in Python and leading development efforts.

Currently, Bhojal is employed at Cradlepoint as a Senior Software Development Engineer, starting in 2022.

Bhojal Gelda has a diverse education history. Bhojal obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Dallas, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science & Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology, completing their studies in 2010. In their earlier years of education, Bhojal attended Saint Xavier's Senior Secondary School from 1993 to 2005, where they completed their CBSE.

In addition to their formal education, Bhojal has also attained several certifications. Bhojal completed the "Machine Learning with Python - Level 1" from IBM in July 2019. Earlier, in November 2017, they obtained the "Big Data Foundations - Level 1" certification, also from IBM. Furthermore, Bhojal holds the "Sun Certified Java Programmer" certification, which they received from Oracle in September 2012.
