Deepak Kharbanda

Deepak Kharbanda has over 20 years of work experience in the technology industry. Deepak is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Cradlepoint since March 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Cisco as a Senior Manager from February 2019 to December 2020. Deepak also served as a Software Development Manager at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from June 2017 to January 2019. Before that, they held positions at Riverbed Technology and Brocade as a Software Engineering Manager from September 2014 to June 2017 and from April 2012 to September 2014, respectively. Additionally, they worked as a Software Engineer at IP Infusion from September 2011 to April 2012 and as a Sr Engineering Product Manager at NETGEAR from February 2010 to September 2011. Deepak's earlier work experience includes roles as a Sr. IP Network Engineer at CableLabs from 2004 to 2009, as a Sr. Software Applications Engineer at Terayon Communication Systems Inc from April 2002 to March 2003, and as a Member Technical Staff - Software Engineer at Pluris, Inc from April 1999 to April 2002.

Deepak Kharbanda began their education at The Air Force School, Delhi Cantt in 1976 and completed their high school education in 1989. Following this, they attended the University of Mysore from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) degree in Computer Science & Engineering. Deepak then furthered their education at the University of Colorado Boulder from 1994 to 1996, obtaining a Master's degree (MS) in Computer Science.
