Daniel Montoya

Daniel Montoya began their work experience in 2010 at the College of Western Idaho as an Assessment Specialist. Daniel then joined Corporate IT Solutions (CIS), now known as CISSDM, in 2016 as the Helpdesk (TAC Team) Lead, where they oversaw a large team of network analysts and implemented improvements in training and employee support. In 2021, Daniel transitioned to Cradlepoint, starting as an Enterprise Support Engineer and later promoting to Manager, Global Service & Support in 2023.

Daniel Montoya attended Palomar College from 2001 to 2004 where they obtained an Associate of Arts degree in Social Behavioral Sciences. Following that, from 2006 to 2008, they attended Calvary Chapel Bible College and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Bible/Biblical Studies. In addition to their academic qualifications, Daniel Montoya obtained a certification called "Cradlepoint Certified Network Expert Practical" from Cradlepoint in March 2023.
