Bailey Cook has a diverse work experience in the field of IT. They started as an intern at Microtech Systems, Inc. in August 2019 and worked until December 2019. Following this, they joined The Stair Guyz in June 2016 as an Information Technology professional, where they worked as a Networking and Computer Administrator for three years until May 2019. Bailey then joined Cradlepoint in December 2019 as an Enterprise Support Engineer II, providing technical assistance to customers in configuring and deploying devices. They worked in this role until June 2021. After that, Bailey transitioned to the position of Senior Enterprise Support Engineer at Cradlepoint. In this role, they are responsible for troubleshooting solutions for Fortune 500 companies, providing technical guidance to other engineers, and assisting with high-importance customers.

Bailey Cook completed an Associate's degree in Internetwoking from the College of Western Idaho from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, Bailey obtained a High School Diploma in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Borah Senior High School, where they attended from 2015 to 2018.

In addition to their formal education, Bailey has obtained several certifications. In 2019, they became certified in MTA: Windows Server Administration Fundamentals from Microsoft. In 2017, they also achieved certification in MTA: Windows Operating System Fundamentals, also from Microsoft. Bailey is also certified in Cisco Certified Network Associate Service Provider Operations (CCNA) from Cisco, which they obtained in 2019. Most recently, in April 2022, Bailey became an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
