Mike Park

Mike Park has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mike currently works as a Quality Lead & Scrum Master at Cradlepoint. Prior to this, they worked at Synamedia from 2018 to 2022, where they held multiple roles including Quality Assurance Test Team Leader and Senior Software Engineer. In these roles, they collaborated with customers, led testing efforts for TV solutions, managed acceptance and release test processes, and coordinated with internal and external teams. Before Synamedia, they worked at Cisco from 2013 to 2018 as a Scrum Master and Software Integrator, contributing to the development of hardware platforms and maintaining test quality. Mike also has experience as a Software Integration Engineer at NDS Limited from 2008 to 2012 and as a Software Tester at TRE (The Railway Engineering Company) from 2007 to 2008. Early in their career, they worked as a QA Industrial Trainee at Symantec from 2004 to 2005, where they gained experience in software testing and communication in a dynamic software development environment.

Mike Park attended Oxford Brookes University from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree with honors in Computing & Software Engineering. Prior to that, they attended Sir John Colfox School Language Collage from 1995 to 2002.
