Mazen Khoder

Mazen Khoder is an experienced operations and area manager with a comprehensive background in the food service and design industries. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Azad Alula since December 2023, Mazen has also held the position of Area Manager and Restaurant General Manager at Cravia Inc since May 2016. Prior roles include Store Manager at Bourj Al Hamam Restaurant, Salesman at I-Design Furniture, and Manager at McDonald's. Additionally, Mazen worked as an Interior Designer at Reconstruction Architectural and Team Supervisor at Catering Leb. Educationally, Mazen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Interior Design from the American University of Technology, completed between 2009 and 2014.
