Martha Kimweri

Martha Kimweri has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources. Martha worked as the Head of Human Resources Business Partner at CRDB Bank Plc, where they were responsible for providing HR guidance and driving a performance-driven culture. Prior to that, they held the position of Head of Human Resources at I&M Bank (T) Ltd, where they focused on manpower planning, recruitment, and strategic HR programs. Martha also worked as an HR Officer at I&M Bank Tanzania, where they handled various HR functions, including recruitment, training, and grievance handling. Martha started their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Radar Recruitment Agent and also worked briefly as an Assistant Administrative Officer at Nokia Siemens Networks.

Martha Kimweri obtained their Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law from Tumaini University Iringa College. Martha attended the college from 2008 to 2011.
