Carolyn Blair

Carolyn Blair, PHR, is the Senior Director of Human Resources at Creation Technologies. Previously, Carolyn held various HR leadership positions at companies such as Valmet, WestRock Company, Filtration Group, Graham Packaging Company, Acuity Brands, and Danaher Corporation. Carolyn graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science in Labor and Industrial Relations, and also holds a Masters Certificate in Alternative Dispute Resolution from the University of Denver.
