Previously, Natasha held the position of HR Manager - International at SHI International Corp. from October 2021 to April 2025, focusing on succession planning and communication. Natasha's earlier experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at BASEC, where strategic HR initiatives were developed for multiple international locations, and as Human Resources Business Partner at Transport Systems Catapult, driving HR team performance and stakeholder engagement. Additionally, Natasha worked as Human Resources Project Manager at Kuehne + Nagel, successfully leading a harmonization project impacting 2,000 employees.
