Maria Paz Aparicio

Maria Paz Aparicio has a diverse work experience, starting as a Human Resources Intern at Jockey Plaza in 2016. Maria Paz then moved on to roles at Telefónica, where they were involved in employee training and gender equality initiatives. Later, they joined Scotiabank, working on leadership and inclusion projects. Currently, they are at Crehana, initially as a Degree Experience Specialist, then transitioning to roles focusing on community, product strategy, and operations. Additionally, they volunteered at TEDxTukuy in Marketing and HR.

Maria Paz Aparicio completed a Microdegree in Product Management at Crehana in 2021. Maria Paz also pursued Design Thinking at CENTRUM PUCP in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Administration and Human Resources from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas between 2012 and 2016. Additionally, Maria studied International People Management at ESCE International Business School in 2015.
