Samia Rahoui

Samia Rahoui is currently the Head of Legal at Critizr. Prior to this, they worked as the EMEA Senior Corporate Counsel at UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) from May 2019 to August 2022. In this role, they were responsible for contract drafting and negotiation, as well as providing advice on diverse corporate, intellectual property, services, and commercial topics. Samia also handled post contractual questions and claims.

From September 2010 to February 2011, Rahoui worked as a Juriste - Propriété Intellectuelle - Nouvelles Technologies at GROUPE M6. From March 2011 to May 2019, they worked as a Juriste Wholesale at Orange. In this role, they were responsible for drafting and negotiating agreements with customers, as well as providing legal support on regulatory and intellectual property issues.

Samia Rahoui has a Master II Professionnel in Droit des Affaires et de la Propriété Intellectuelle from Aix-Marseille University, a Licence in Philosophie from Université Aix-Marseille I, and a Diplôme de niveau 2 en vins et spiritueux with distinction from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
