Jessica Fairchild

Jessica Klapper Fairchild is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, securities, and general corporate governance. Currently, Jessica serves as a member of IWF Chicago and a limited partner at How Women Invest. Jessica is the co-chair of the management committee and a founding partner at Croke Fairchild Duarte & Beres. As an angel investor with The Josephine Collective, Jessica also previously founded Fairchild Law Offices, LLC/Fairchild Morgan Law and worked as a corporate attorney at Sidley Austin LLP. Notably, Jessica held the position of general counsel for Chicago 2016, where responsibilities included advising the senior leadership team and managing legal aspects related to the Olympic bid. Jessica holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Chicago Law School and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
