Kyle Evans

Kyle Evans is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in church consulting and leadership. Currently serving as the Owner of Vitality Church Consulting since April 2024, Kyle aims to enhance the health of churches through consulting and training services. Prior roles include Executive Pastor at Crossroads Bible Church since February 2021, Director of Communications and Missionary at Josiah Venture from June 2014 to December 2020, and Junior High Youth Director at Crossroads Bible Church from February 2009 to June 2014. Kyle also has experience in human resources as an Employee Relations Specialist at CORESTAFF Services, and in business development as an Account Executive at Lighthouse Institute. Earlier career highlights include serving as Director of Operations at Day-by-Day Gourmet and Assistant Cruise Director at Holland America Line. Educated with a BA in Communication and a Minor in Philosophy from Seattle Pacific University, as well as pursuing dual Master's degrees in Executive Leadership in Christian Ministry and Christian Leadership from Colorado Christian University and Multnomah University, respectively.
