Helin Mermer has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and human resources. Helin started their career at Allen-latley Embassy Services AG in 2016 as a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer and also handled HR administration responsibilities. In 2018, they joined crowdhouse.ch as an HR Business Partner, where they partnered with various stakeholders and handled recruitment in different areas including real estate asset management, sales, and legal. Helin was responsible for HR administration for over 130 employees and backup payroll duties. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Talent & Recruiting Partner at crowdhouse.ch, where they were responsible for the entire talent life cycle and recruiting process for various departments including real estate investment management, sales, marketing, and legal. Helin successfully recruited professionals in roles such as real estate agents, investment analysts, legal counsels, and office managers. Helin then progressed to the role of Senior Talent & Recruiting Partner and currently serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition.

Helin Mermer's education history includes several institutions and degrees. They obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Wirtschaftspsychologie from the Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz. In 2019, Helin attended KV Zürich and earned a degree in HR Assistant.
