Andres Gomez Orozco

Andres Gomez Orozco has a diverse work experience in various industries. Andres recently served as the Country Manager for CryptoMarket, where they led the launch of the company in the Colombian market and developed strategic partnerships in the fintech industry. Prior to that, they were the Co-Founder and CEO of Spot Parking Club, responsible for developing and implementing the digital strategy and securing B2B alliances. Andres also founded and led Cheffty, a collaborative web community for chef-at-home services. Earlier in their career, Andres worked at PepsiCo as a Consumer & Strategy Insights Manager and at Samsung Electronics as a Retail Management Assistant Manager. Andres also gained experience in consumer insights at Kantar Worldpanel, where they worked with FMCG clients in various categories. Before that, they were an Information Technology Project Analyst at British American Tobacco.

Andres Gomez Orozco has a diverse education history. Andres started their academic journey in 2001 at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana in Bogotá, Colombia, where they pursued a degree in Industrial Engineering. Andres successfully completed their studies and graduated in 2007.

In 2005, Andres took a brief detour in their education and attended the University of Central Oklahoma in the United States. During their time there, they focused on learning English as a second language.

Following their undergraduate studies, Andres attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain, in 2007. Andres was in their last semester of Industrial Engineering at ICADE-ICAI.

In 2011, Andres enrolled at EAE Business School in Madrid, Spain, to pursue a full-time MBA program. Andres completed their MBA in 2012.

Continuing their commitment to professional development, Andres also attended Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2017. During their time at Harvard, they focused on various subjects such as strategic thinking, negotiation, innovation, and creativity, all within the field of Business Administration and Management.

Additionally, in 2013, Andres participated in CSBS training at Samsung Electronics in Suwon, South Korea. This training focused on studying consumer shopping behavior.
