Sachin Chincholi currently serves as Executive Director of Customer Experience (New Logo and Channel Sales) at CSG since January 2020, overseeing initiatives related to omnichannel engagement and customer journeys for large enterprise clients. Previous roles at CSG included Sales Director for Digital Engagement and Enterprise Account Executive following the acquisition of Kitewheel, a leading Customer Journey Orchestration platform. Prior to CSG, Sachin held various positions at Kantata, Pitney Bowes, New York Stock Exchange, Citicards, RBC, and IBM, demonstrating extensive experience in sales, operations, and marketing across multiple sectors. Sachin earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Management with concentrations in Business Information Systems and Finance from Ryerson University.
