Delilah Harden

Delilah Harden is a seasoned professional in global infrastructure and IT service delivery, currently serving as the Director of Global Infrastructure Delivery at CSL Behring since December 2016. In this role, Delilah oversees multi-site and global infrastructure projects, leading a team that collaborates with key stakeholders to meet infrastructure needs. Prior to this, Delilah held various positions at CSL Plasma, including Sr. Manager of I&T Infrastructure and Global Service Desk Manager, significantly contributing to the growth of support operations from 68 to 219 Plasma Centers. Delilah began a career in IT at Tyco Electronics Corp, and possesses a Bachelor of Applied Science in Technology Management from Broward College, along with an Associate of Arts in Business Administration from HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College.
