Shravani Natakala

Shravani Natakala has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Shravani is currently working as a De-Escalation process lead at CtrlS Datacenters Ltd since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at IBM from 2016, where they served as an Incident Manager and Technical Support Analyst. Shravani also worked as a Data Scientist at Flip Robo Technologies from September 2021 to March 2022. In addition, Shravani worked briefly as an interior designer at Jones Lang LaSalle in May to July 2012.

Shravani Natakala completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Designing from the International Institute of Fashion Design, where they attended from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they pursued their higher secondary and secondary education, completing the Higher Secondary School Certificate (HSSC) and Secondary School Certificate (SSC) from Maharishi Vidhya Mandir HSS.

In terms of additional certifications, Shravani obtained various certifications in the field of data science, machine learning, and project management. In 2022, they received certifications in "Project management fundamentals" from Udemy, "Applied Machine Learning with Python" from Cognitive Class, and "Data Science, Machine Learning & Neural Networks" from DataTrained. In 2021, they obtained the "Data Science Foundations - Level 1" certification from IBM. Additionally, in 2020, Shravani acquired certifications in "ITIL Release Control and Validation (ITIL-RCV)" from AXELOS Global Best Practice and two "Big Data Foundations - Level 1" certifications from IBM.
