Melissa Spiller

Melissa Spiller is the currentVice President of Human Resources at CTS Engines. Melissa has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with a focus on talent acquisition, onboarding, risk management, and compensation programs.

Prior to their current position, Melissa served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at Pekin Insurance from June 2012 to November 2021. In this role, they were responsible for implementing HR policies and programs, as well as managing all aspects of the employee life cycle.

Before their time at Pekin Insurance, Melissa was the Sr. Human Resource Representative at Aesculap from April 2009 to April 2012. In this role, they oversaw all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, benefits, and employee relations.

Melissa Spiller completed their high school education at Midwest Central High School. Melissa then went on to study Human Resources Management and Services at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, where they earned their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree. Finally, they obtained their Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resource Institute.
