Rose Picard, CEPC, is a dedicated Baking and Pastry Instructor at the Culinary Institute of Virginia since August 2023. With extensive experience in culinary education and professional kitchens, Rose served as an Instructor for the Senior Leader Course at Army Logistics University from July 2020 to February 2021 and held the position of Food Operations Manager and Advanced Culinary Skills Training Department Instructor in the US Army from October 2007 to July 2020. Prior to military service, Rose excelled as Executive Pastry Chef at Casino Fandango, where responsibilities included opening a bakery and overseeing production and inventory. Rose's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Baking and Pastry Arts from The Culinary Institute of America, along with a Culinary Arts degree from Central Texas College and a Certificate of Baking and Pastry Arts from the California Culinary Academy.
