Neil Kelly has a extensive background in the cruise industry, working in various roles from Assistant Cruise Director to Entertainment Director in companies such as Disney Cruise Line, Princess Cruises, and P&O Cruises. With a B.Ed. degree in Education, Environmental Studies & I.T. from Liverpool Hope University, Neil has a strong passion for delivering excellent guest experiences and creating memorable moments on board. Currently serving as Guest Experience Project Manager at Cunard, Neil brings a wealth of experience and skills to the role.
