Manisha Bhandar

Manisha Bhandar is a highly experienced software engineering professional with over 26 years in the industry. Currently serving as a Staff Software Engineer at Curebase since December 2021, Manisha has led the design and development of key components for a clinical trial application. Prior experience includes roles as Development Lead and Scrum Manager at Medaptive Health, where significant contributions were made to improve clinical trials using the MEAN stack and Flutter. At IBM, Manisha held various positions including Lead Solutions Architect and Senior Software Engineer, leading teams and projects that focused on cognitive solutions, performance studies, and web-based applications for major enterprise systems. Manisha holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from the Pune Institute of Computer Technology.
