Gabriela Aceves has a strong background in sales and marketing, with a focus on the travel industry. Gabriela started their career in 1994 with United, working as a Reservation Service Representative Manager. In 1997, they joined Sabre Travel Network as a Customer Service Manager, where they were responsible for analyzing segments and offering personalized proposals. In 2012, Gabriela moved to Corporate Travel Services (CTS) as their Corporate Solutions Director. Two years later, they joined CWT as the Global Sales and Marketing Director, where they were in charge of marketing, regional sales, and brand awareness. In 2016, Gabriela transitioned to the role of Global Sales Director Latinoamerica at CWT, where they focused on developing strategic business relationships within the region.
Gabriela Aceves holds a Diploma of higher degree in Alta Direccion from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained from 2010 to 2011. Gabriela also has a Master's degree in Marketing from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, which they completed from 2009 to 2011. Additionally, they have certifications in Client Centric from CWT, and Project Management from Tecnológico de Monterrey, which they obtained in 2015 and September 2010 respectively.
