Brook Osterhout, MPA has a diverse and extensive work experience in various organizations. They are currently serving as a Project Lead for Cydecor, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of Chief, USAF Joint Training Exercises and Evaluation Program (JTEEP) at the Department of the Air Force from April 2015 to November 2022. Brook Osterhout holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from Grand Canyon University, specializing in Government and Policy. They obtained this degree from 2014 to 2015. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management from California Coast University, completing their studies from 2006 to 2009. Additionally, Brook possesses an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Air and Space Operations Technology from the Community College of the Air Force, which they obtained from 1983 to 2000. They have also acquired several certifications, such as Performance-Based Hiring, How to Resolve Conflict and Boost Productivity through Deep Listening, Managing Project Uncertainty, and Project Leadership, all obtained through LinkedIn.
