Elizabeth Trowbridge

Elizabeth is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences industry. As Vice President of Human Resources for Cytrellis, she is responsible for all aspects of HR including culture, talent acquisition, retention, employee relations, learning and development, benefits, performance management, leadership development strategy, and diversity and inclusion program development. She partners with other senior leaders to build effective teams to support the short- and long-term goals of the organization. Most recently, she served as the Senior Director, Human Resources at Acorda Therapeutics which was acquired by Catalent. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Politics with a minor in Philosophy from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC. She is certified as an SHRM-SCP by the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
