Shawn Sastri

Shawn Sastri possesses extensive experience in customer service, currently serving as a Customer Service Representative at CZ-USA since July 2014, where responsibilities include handling customer inquiries related to gun repairs and processing part orders. Prior to this role, Shawn worked as a Rate Technician/CSR at Preferred Mutual from May 2004 to June 2014, collaborating with agents and underwriters on business owners policies and assisting customers with new claims.
