Lucy Liu

Lucy Liu currently serves as Associate General Counsel at D. Boral Capital LLC, an investment bank focusing on strategic advice and financial solutions for middle market and emerging growth companies since December 2022. Prior to this role, Lucy held an Associate position at Clifford Chance, specializing in Capital Markets and Private Equity and Venture Capital. Experience at White & Case LLP included working in both the Capital Markets and Bank Finance groups. Lucy's earlier roles encompassed legal internships and clerkships, including contributions to the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and the San Francisco District Attorney's Office. Lucy Liu earned a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Michigan, alongside completing first-year coursework at the University of California, Davis, and a language course in German at DeutschAkademie Sprachschule.
