Kuan-Yu Chu (朱冠宇)

Kuan-Yu Chu has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Kuan-Yu began their career as a Software Engineer Intern at Yahoo! in 2011, followed by a Software Engineer Intern position at Google in 2012. In 2013, they joined HTC as a Software Engineer in Studio Engineering. Kuan-Yu then moved on to Microsoft, where they worked as an SDE II in the Bing image understanding team from 2014 to 2015. During this time, they also held a similar role at DataVisor, starting as a Technical Staff member in 2015 and later becoming a Tech Lead in 2017. Kuan-Yu's most recent role at DataVisor was as the Director of Engineering, where they led the platform team and was responsible for developing backend detection pipelines, release systems, and internal tools.

Kuan-Yu Chu holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from National Taiwan University, which they obtained from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at the same university from 2007 to 2011.
