Heather Smith

Heather Smith has a strong background in talent management and organizational development. Heather is currently the Head of Talent and Workforce Innovation at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. Prior to this, they held various leadership roles at Celgene, including Global Head of Talent and Organizational Development, Executive Director of Talent and Leadership, and Senior Human Resource Business Partner.
