Maureen McNamara

Maureen McNamara has a diverse and extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Maureen is currently a member at Chief since 2023. Prior to that, they held various roles at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. starting in 2017, including Vice President of Global Project Management & Leadership. Maureen also has a long tenure at Merck and Co, starting in 2006. Their roles at Merck include Executive Director of Global Project and Alliance Management and Executive Director of Project Management and Global Scientific Strategy Integration. Before joining Merck, they worked at Merck Research Laboratories from 1992 to 2005, where they held positions such as Director of Project Management and Associate Director/Sr Project Manager/Project Manager. Their experience includes leading cross-functional global product development teams, managing clinical trials, and overseeing staff and performance reviews.

Maureen McNamara completed a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Saint Elizabeth University in 1984. Later, from 1992 to 1995, they earned an MBA with a specialization in Marketing from Seton Hall University.
