Zeenat Ladhani

Zeenat Ladhani serves as the HR Leader for the Global Oncology Business Unit and the US Oncology Business Division at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., since August 2020. Additionally, Zeenat is the President of NextGen Talent Search, a boutique firm specializing in talent solutions since January 2015, offering a range of services including recruitment, organizational design, and diversity initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Global Head of Talent Acquisition and Strategy at Bristol-Myers Squibb, Global Director of Talent Acquisition at Thermo Fisher Scientific, and various talent acquisition positions at Life Technologies, James Hardie Building Products, the Chicago Transit Authority, and Acclaim Systems. Zeenat holds an MBA with Highest Honors in International Business from the University of Miami Herbert Business School and a Bachelor's degree with Highest Honors in Management Information Systems and Operations Management from Loyola University Chicago.
