Victoria Tortolero

Victoria Tortolero, C.M., ACE, serves as the Senior Customer Programs Manager at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport since April 2022. Prior to this role, Victoria held positions such as Senior Consultant in ORAT at Jacobs, Airport Operations Supervisor at United Airlines, and Consultant at AAAE, where responsibilities included training and business development. Experience also includes management roles at Allegiant and the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey, along with operational positions in various airports including City of Dallas, Sacramento County, and City of Midland. Victoria holds a Master of Science in Natural and Applied Sciences with a focus on Aviation and Space, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Management, both from Oklahoma State University.
