Kimberly Botti

Kimberly Botti, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of Human Resources. Kimberly started their career as a Human Resources Assistant at Atlantic Health in 2007 and worked there until 2010. Kimberly then joined Lineage Logistics as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they managed employee relations, Form I-9 audits, annual EEO-1 reporting, and recruitment for 32 locations and 1,300 associates. In 2014, they moved to Budd Van Lines and worked as a Human Resources Generalist, overseeing HR services and implementing strategic leadership for 200+ professionals. Kimberly'sresponsibilities also included managing compliance reporting related to EEO, FMLA, Workers' Compensation, STD, LTD, and ADA. Currently, Kimberly is working at dancker as the Director of Talent + Engagement, where they are responsible for leading human resource functions, developing long-range strategic plans, designing and implementing programs to promote engagement and inclusivity, and fostering feedback between managers and direct reports. Kimberly has been in this role since February 2022.

Kimberly Botti, PHR has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Moravian University. In 2013, they obtained a Certificate in Human Resources Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications including the SHRM Certification Prep Course from Rutgers University in April 2021, the #2020BEYOND Millennial Leadership certification from Vistage Worldwide, Inc. in March 2017, the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in January 2017, the Agile Performance Management certificate from the Human Capital Institute (HCI) in May 2016, and The Fish! Philosophy Certified Trainer certification from ChartHouse Learning, The Official Home of The FISH! Philosophy in April 2015.
