Debendra Adhikari's work experience begins in 2015 as a Computer Science Instructor and Coordinator at Namuna Evergreen English Boarding School. In 2016, they worked as a Deployment Coordinator at e-Zone International Pvt. Ltd. DEBENDRA then moved on to a role as a Senior Counsular at Sunway International Business School from 2017 to 2018. In 2018, they took on multiple roles simultaneously, including being a Community Volunteer at AIDevNepal, a Technical Business Development Executive at Vurung Technologies, and a Data Analyst and Visualization Intern at ExtensoData. From 2019 to 2020, they served as an Officer - Customer Experience Analyst/Research and Development at MAW Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Following this, they worked as a Data and Business Insight Analyst at Kiran Shoes Manufacturers from 2020 to 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Category Strategy Manager at Daraz since 2022.

Debendra Adhikari's education history begins with their enrollment at Caribbean College from 2011 to 2013, where they obtained their 10+2 degree in Science. DEBENDRA then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Bachelor of Computer Science (Hons) from Sunway Int Business School, completing their studies from 2016 to 2019.
