Ikram Sami began their work experience in 2013 as a Customer Service Manager at Grameenphone Ltd. In 2016, they worked as a Business Development Executive at HungryNaki, where they planned and executed business strategies and conducted marketing research. From 2017 to 2019, Ikram worked at Beatnik Digital, starting as an Account Executive and eventually being promoted to Senior Account Executive and Project Manager in the Brand Communications department. Ikram managed digital content, campaigns, and brand launches for various clients, ensuring client satisfaction through efficient communication. From 2019 to 2021, Ikram worked at Mighty Byte as an Account Manager and Account Supervisor, training executives and coordinating with the content team to develop campaigns for clients. In 2021, Ikram joined Asiatic Marketing Communications Limited as an Associate Manager and later became an Account Manager, responsible for managing client accounts. Currently, Ikram works at Daraz as a Manager of Strategy Operations starting in 2022.

Ikram Sami attended Udayan High School for an unspecified period of time. After completing high school, they enrolled in Adamjee Cantonment College to pursue a degree in Science.
