Mohan Chathuranga

Mohan Chathuranga has extensive work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Mohan is currently working as the Head of GRC at Daraz, where they are responsible for leading cyber governance, risk, and data protection practices across South Asia markets. Prior to this, they worked as a Cyber Security Manager at KPMG New Zealand.

Mohan also held the position of Chair at the Cyber Security Centre of Excellence at SLASSCOM, where they played a key role in elevating Sri Lanka to a global cybersecurity hub and creating new cybersecurity jobs. Mohan has also held leadership positions at MAS Holdings, serving as the Head of IT Governance and Data Protection, as well as the Deputy General Manager of IT Governance.

Additionally, Mohan co-founded Test My Users and worked as a Co-Founder, contributing to the growth of the company. Mohan has also worked as a Visiting Lecturer at CICRA Campus (Pvt) Ltd and has experience at PwC as a Cyber Security Manager and Assistant Manager.
