Erez Cohn Kaiser

Erez Cohn Kaiser is the current CFO at Darrow. Prior to this, they were the VP Finance at Verbit.ai from January 2018 to January 2022. Erez was responsible for scaling the business from 40 employees to over 1,000 employees while increasing revenue run-rate from $1m to over $100m and driving valuation from $50m to $2B.

Erez established the financial department from the ground up with a focus on IPO readiness. Erez reported to the CEO for the past 3 years while holding a broad Executive leadership role overseeing FP&A, Reporting & Accounting, Legal, Finance Operations, Information Systems Strategy, and Corporate Administration.

Erez managed and operated Series A's capital and debt raising process to Series D (raised over $250m) from top-tier VCs (Sapphire Ventures, Stripes, Viola ventures, Vertex, etc.). Erez was also responsible for the financial leadership of BoD Decks/Meetings, Advisor, Investor Relations, Scale team, and M&A.

Erez partnered with the CEO and executive staff to drive rapid growth. Erez also hired, managed, and mentored finance, accounting, and operations staff in a dynamic startup culture. Furthermore, they partnered with the CEO and executive staff to scale GTM (Go to market), Operations, and support functions with a laser focus on Key Metrics, capital efficiency, deal structuring, and key business metrics to deliver sustainable growth.

In terms of technology strategy, they designed the future state of business process enablement on ERP-focused fit for growth (Netsuite) and IPO readiness. Erez also drove various initiatives to improve gross margins, revenue growth and improve leverage in the Company's operating model.

Kaiser was responsible for all financial aspects of Verbit.ai including financial statements, US GAAP, tax returns, international tax strategy, cash management, budget planning, O.C.S. (including E.U. grants programs), Worldwide payroll, insurance, ESOP/ISO, hedging, revenue, etc. Erez also led all financial and fiscal management of the Company's operations. Lastly, they performed due diligence for three companies' acquisition process, out of which, subsequent post-merger integrations of infrastructures for one company.

Erez Cohn Kaiser has a Master of Business Administration from NYU Stern School of Business, a Master of Business Administration from Tel Aviv University, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Business/Management from The College of Management Academic Studies. Erez also has a certification from the Israeli Ministry of Justice in CPA (Isr.).

Their manager is Evyatar Ben Artzi, Co-Founder & CEO. Erez Cohn Kaiser works with Amit Weiss - VP, Intelligence, Reut Meirson - VP, People, and Gila Hayat - Co-Founder & CTO.
