Chandramauli most recently served as the Head of Implementation for Growth clients at Darwinbox starting from May 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Rewards Lead and Location HR for Games24x7, where they were responsible for compensation management and benefits design and implementation. From 2017 to 2020, Chandramauli held multiple roles at BIC, including Head of Compensation Benefits and Senior Manager of Compensation & Benefits. Before that, they worked as an Assistant Manager for Compensation and Benefits at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Their early career includes roles at Wipro Limited, where they served as the Global Sales Compensation & Benefits and Variable/Incentives Lead, as well as a Senior Executive in Talent Acquisition.

Chandramauli L (CM) obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from SYMBIOSIS INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY in 2011.
