Ahmed Helmy

Ahmed Helmy has a diverse work experience spanning from 2013 to the present. Ahmed currently works as a Learning and Development Lead at the Federal Tax Authority, a position they started in April 2022. Prior to this, they held the same role at Data Direct Group starting in January 2021. From February 2019 to January 2021, Ahmed worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at Etisalat. Before that, they had various roles at Raya CX, including Senior Learning Specialist from March 2018 to February 2019 and Learning and Development Specialist from January 2015 to March 2018. Additionally, Ahmed worked as a Technical Support Representative at Raya CX from November 2013 to November 2014 and briefly as an Accountant at Aal Imran Housing WLL in 2013.

Ahmed Helmy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business/Commerce, General from Zagazige University from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they received a High School Diploma from 10th of Ramadan Language School from 2004 to 2006. In addition to their academic qualifications, Ahmed Helmy has obtained additional certifications in areas such as Emotional Intelligence, Project Management, Public Relations, Train the Trainer, and Public Speaking.
