Drew Norris

Drew Norris serves as a Transportation Officer with the Maryland Army National Guard since March 2021, having graduated from Officer Candidate School. Previously, Drew held roles as a UH60 Blackhawk Maintainer, where responsibilities included aircraft maintenance and troubleshooting, and as a Project Delivery Manager at DSA, overseeing Microsoft 365 operations and solutions. In February 2023, Drew transitioned to a Business Data Analyst position supporting the USAF, specializing in Qlik Sense applications and data architecture. Prior experience includes Sr. Resource Manager at The Squires Group and Business Analyst/Recruiting Lead at Apex Systems, focusing on resource management, market analysis, and stakeholder engagement. Drew holds a Bachelor's of Arts in Communications and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management.
