Shurna Henry is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer experience management, project management, and consulting. Shurna is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Datavalet Technologies, where they are responsible for developing and implementing the "Red Carpet Experience" for clients. In this role, they also lead a team of Customer Experience Managers and focuses on their growth and development.

Prior to their current role, Shurna worked as a Sr. Customer Experience Manager at Cogeco Peer 1, where they managed premier and VIP customer accounts and implemented strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Shurna also conducted monthly Service Management meetings to provide key performance metrics.

Shurna's previous experience includes roles such as Sr. Service Account Manager/Sr. Project Manager at West Safety Services, where they drove service improvements and provided guidance to clients' E911 projects. Shurna also worked as a Lecturer at Concordia University - John Molson School of Business, teaching courses on business communications and product strategy and innovation.

Additionally, Shurna has experience as a Sr. Consultant/Sr. Client Delivery Manager at CGI, where they designed solutions for corporate projects and managed operational needs for corporate customers. Shurna also worked as a Sr. Client Service Manager at Allstream, where they were responsible for delivering and managing services for enterprise platinum clients.

With their extensive experience in customer experience management, project management, and consulting, Shurna has developed strong skills in leadership, communication, and problem-solving.

Shurna Henry (She/Her) completed their Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree from Concordia University from 1993 to 1996. Shurna then pursued their Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree at the Université de Montréal from 1996 to 2001. Continuing their education, Shurna Henry obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Morehead State University, studying from 2006 to 2008.
