Beatriz Alves Baggio

Beatriz Alves Baggio has a wealth of experience in product management, product ops and service design, head of product management, mentoring, and HR roles. Beatriz began their career in 2010 as an Analista de Recursos Humanos at Acoll Assessoria Contábil e Tributária, where they learned the basics of payroll, accounting, and taxation. In 2013, they moved to Codiflex as an Analista de RH Generalista, where they managed payroll and benefits, recruited and selected, and developed performance evaluations. Beatriz also worked as an Encarregada de Departamento Pessoal at Elite Contábil Ltda. and as a Mentora e Palestrante eSocial e Rotinas Trabalhistas at Leggis Cursos e Treinamentos. In 2014, they joined Deloitte Brasil as a Supervisora and Analista Sênior, where they managed a team of 10 people and was responsible for implementing projects such as the eSocial and innovating HR processes. In 2018, they became a Head of Product Management at ROIT Consultoria e Contabilidade, where they managed the product portfolio and oversaw product strategy, lifecycle, and growth. In 2019, they also worked as a Product Owner and Analista de Capital Humano at Junto Seguros. Finally, in 2021, they joined Consulta Remédios as a Product Management, where they implemented product and product ops metrics and managed the app, retail portal, and seller tool. Beatriz Alves Baggio has a diverse education history.
