Mike Yaacoub has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Mike started their career as an intern at Université Paris-Sud, where they worked on projects related to electronic filter calculation software, TCP/IP classroom control software, and Arduino programming. Mike then interned at iTec industrial technologies, where they worked on PLC projects, including developing a PLC-controlled wheelchair and creating monitoring interfaces for backup UPSs. Mike then worked as an intern at Assystem, where they gained experience as a technical writer for Schneider Electric's smart industrial circuit breakers. Following this, they joined Dassault Systèmes as a software engineer, working on developing piping and electrical schematics design applications in CATIA. Mike also worked on improving a graph-based algorithm for 3D mechanical parts. Most recently, Mike worked as a lead software engineer at Innogized Technologies Inc., where they played a key role in developing a mobile application, deploying ML functions on the GCP, modifying and tuning firmware, and working with Google Device Access Management APIs. Currently, they are employed as a software engineer at DataStax.

Mike Yaacoub completed their education in a chronological order. Mike obtained their Lebanese baccalaureate in General Science from École Nationale Orthodox- Akkar between 1996 and 2011. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science in Technology of Mechatronics from the University of Balamand from 2011 to 2014. Mike then attended Paris-Sud University (Paris XI) from 2014 to 2017, where they earned an Engineer's Degree in Electronics, Energy, and Embedded Systems. During the same time period, they also enrolled in Université Paris-Saclay and obtained a Master's degree in Automation Engineer Technology/Technician, specializing in Automatique et Traitement de signal et d'images. Mike further enhanced their skills with additional certifications, including Problem Solving (Intermediate) from HackerRank in August 2021 and CCNA 1 from Cisco Networking Academy in May 2013.
