Monica Mahoney

Monica Mahoney has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2002 when they joined the United States Army as a Human Resources Officer and G1 Plans and Operations Officer. In 2017, they became a Customer Experience Supervisor and Manager on Duty at The Executive Health and Sports Center. In 2018, they worked as a Benefits Partner for Landmark Benefits, where they managed Client Benefit Management for all "Elite" accounts, coordinated with health and disability carriers, and presented Open Enrollment briefings. In 2019, they were a Human Resources Generalist at Textiles Coated International (TCI), where they managed employee benefits administration and assisted employees with Worker's Compensation and FMLA leaves. In 2021, they became a Human Resources Coordinator at Harvey Windows + Doors, where they served as the primary Human Resources contact for 940 employees across three sites. Most recently, they are a Human Resources Manager at DataXoom.

Monica Mahoney obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from The University of Texas at San Antonio between 1998 and 2002. In 2018, they obtained a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certification from SHRM. In August 2022, they obtained a Human Resource Manager certification from CareerLearning.
