Additionally, Florian gained professional experience as an Inhouse Consultant at Deutsche Bahn AG | DB Training, Learning & Consulting from December 2007 to August 2010. Florian conducted research and wrote their bachelor's thesis on individual human values in businesses during this period.

Florian Böing-Messing, PhD pursued their education in a chronological manner. In 2004, they enrolled at the University of Europe for Applied Sciences, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Psychology in 2008. Following this, they undertook further studies at Utrecht University from 2010 to 2012, earning their Master of Science (MS) degree in Methodology and Statistics of Behavioral and Social Sciences.
