Diallo Debro

Diallo Debro is a Director helping to support our various clients and consultants and is head of the Daugherty Enterprise Diversity & Inclusion team, overseeing the Diversity Equity and Inclusion initiatives across the Enterprise. Our Enterprise D&I strategy is to advise and influence based on D&I best practices to attract, develop and retain diverse candidates in the workforce with a mission centered around enhancing the consultants, enhancing Daugherty Business, giving back to the community and value to our clients. Diallo is an experienced IT professional of over 15 years with extensive knowledge in program/project management, system implementation, problem solving, client management, team leadership and full lifecycle application development.

Prior to joining Daugherty, Diallo worked in both the private and Federal sector at World Wide Technology for seven years. Diallo received his Bachelor of Science at Missouri State University, where he was also a first team starter for the Missouri State football team. Outside of Daugherty, Diallo enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids, coaching and watching sports, snowboarding, traveling and enjoying music.
