Rob Lucarotti

Rob Lucarotti has a diverse work experience in the transportation and customer service industry. From 2007 to 2009, they served as an Operations Manager at BostonCoach in Dallas, Texas, where they were responsible for managing the daily operations and overseeing the branch's budget. Rob then moved on to work as a Call Center Manager at National Motor Club from 2009 to 2010, leading a team of supervisors and customer service representatives. In 2011, Rob joined Dav El | BostonCoach as an Operations Dispatcher, where they managed weekend service quality, capacity, and efficiency in multiple markets. Rob also supervised a team of Fleet Controllers and implemented strategies to improve performance.

Rob Lucarotti attended Medford Vocational Technical High School from 1989 to 1993, where they pursued a field of study in Carpentry/Carpenter. Rob successfully earned their High School Diploma upon completion of this program.
