Shannon Sullivan

Shannon Sullivan is the current Chief People Officer at Dave. Prior to this, they were with Hulu as their Senior Vice President, Talent & Organization from November 2012 to June 2020. Before Hulu, Shannon was a Principal at Axiom Consulting Partners from August 2007 to October 2012 where they worked with HR and other business leaders to design, implement, and measure the ongoing effectiveness of a variety of talent-focused strategies and programs. Shannon has also been a Senior Consultant at Mercer from July 2003 to July 2007.

Shannon Sullivan studied organizational studies and Spanish at the University of Michigan, where they earned a B.A.
