Dennis Kühne

Dongchul (Dennis) Kim is an experienced HR professional with over two decades of expertise in the field. Since July 2000, Dongchul has served as a Director and HR Planning Group Leader at Samsung Electronics, focusing on HR Planning, Human Resource Development, and performance management. Prior to this role, Dongchul was a Research Fellow at the Samsung Economics Research Institute from October 2012 to February 2016, contributing to the Human Resources & Organization Research Department. Dongchul began the professional journey with an internship at E-Land Group in February 1998. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Strategy from Korea University (2013-2014) and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Hongik University (1993-1997).
