Isha Chang

Isha Chang is currently the R&D Manager at Day-Lee Foods. Prior to this role, they worked at Smithfield Foods as an R&D Food Technologist, and at Hormel Foods as an R&D Product Development Food Scientist. Before that, they were an R&D Associate Manager at WEI-CHUAN FOODS CORP USA. Isha holds a Master of Science (MS) in Nutrition Sciences from UCLA and a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Health Sciences from Taipei Medical University.
